Project Overview
A stunning architectural masterpiece perched on the cliffs of the North Shore. This project involved extensive use of structural glass and cantilevered concrete to create a seamless connection between the interior and the Hauraki Gulf.
The Challenge
The steep coastal site required complex engineering and sensitive environmental management to ensure stability without compromising the minimalist design.
The Solution
We implemented a specialized bored-pile foundation system and worked closely with glass specialists to install oversized high-performance panels that withstand coastal winds.
